Return Policy

PLEASE NOTE: We work with Printful! All returns follow Printful’s return policy.

Before sending a return, please contact us at faescreations1010@gmail.com so we can coordinate with Printful and ensure everything goes smoothly.

We have a 30-day return policy for misprinted or damaged goods. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

  • You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase and a photo of the item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • The wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Facewear

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

We do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse or ordering the wrong size. Sizing information is provided for each article of clothing in the store.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Items must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, contact us at faescreations1010@gmail.com.
